AbstractArticle describes the opening of the City Ice Arts Center located in the old Kansas City Ice Building at 2029 Campbell Street in the Crossroads Arts District. Sean Kelley, owner, sees it as "a comfortable nest for the artists and creative commjnity." Plans for a large art gallery, retail shop, artist studios, and a cafe are in the works.
