| Abstract | Co-founder of the Writers Place and its monthly reading series, Phil Miller died February 14, 2011. Miller taught creative writing and American Literature for nearly 30 years at Kansas City Kansas Community College. He was also a poet and had an upcoming book, "The Ghost of Every Day and Other Poems," to be published by Spartan Press. After retiring in 2004, Miller and his wife moved to rural Pennsylvania. |
