AbstractArticle spotlights the entertainment career of Lonnie McFadden, a dancer, singer, and trumpet player. McFadden toured with R&B bands as a teenager before forming Lonnie and the Band with his brother Ronald, a saxophonist, and later The McFadden Brothers. He currently performs at several Kansas City music venues and teaches tap dancing at the DanceWorks Conservatory.
