AbstractTrozzolo Communications Group renovates the former four-story brick Nelkin-Piper Building at Eight and Wyandotte streets. It cost the firm $6.5 million. The building "originally was a millinery factory, part of the bustling Kansas City Garment District." Historic tax credits "yielded about $2 million" for the renovation.
