AbstractArticle spotlights the spring migration of kingbirds from southern Mexico to Kansas City's own Kauffman Stadium. The kingbirds begin nesting near the end of April, feasting on the abundance of flying insects attracted to the powerful stadium lights. In early August, the kingbirds head back south.
