| Abstract | Postcard image of and short article about the City Work House building located at 2001 Vine St. The stone, castle-like structure was designed and completed by local architect Wallace Love in 1896. It housed prisoners until the 1920s when the facility was taken over by the water department. The building has been vacant for nearly three decades. |
