| Abstract | The Archer Daniels Midland mill and silos at 1701 Armour Road, built in 1910 and one of the first buildings built in North Kansas City, is being demolished "to make way for a 58-acre mixed-use redevelopment project that the city hopes will include office, retail and hotel space." The city paid $11.3 million for the buildings and will spend another $1.2 million to demolish them. |
