AbstractArticle describes efforts "to build a new hub for creative culture" in the West Bottoms beginning with the opening of the new Bill Brady Gallery in the former Daily Drovers Telegram Building (1505 Genesee Street). Gallery owners Bill Brady and John O'Brien, along with West Bottoms developers Bill Haw and Bill Haw, Jr., are collaborating to rebrand the area and attract "creative class" businesses. Other tenants scheduled to move into the space at 15th and Genesee include Amigoni Urban Winery and KEM architects
