AbstractArticle describing a rifle made by Renaud Beauvais, a St. Louis-based gunsmith from 1838 until at least 1875. The author states that Renaud was the brother of Geminen Beauvais Jr. and that he was born in Missouri in 1820. A physical description as well as photos of the rifle are provided.
