AbstractDescription of the large section of Kansas City real estate owned by Dr. Johnston Lykins since the 1830s and called the Lykins Addition, covering "over one-half of the rock landing of our city" east from Broadway. Description of the building and pavement plans on it, including "a block of brick buildings, five stories high, at the foot of Broadway," and "a large stone and brick fire-proof warehouse" already built.
