NotesPage 49: "Photograph of Municipal Farm Building where men convicted of violations of City Ordinances are sent. Here drug addicts are treated and cured. All prisoners at the Farm are given employment in one department or another according to their capacity for work. Faming, gardening, quarry, dairy and hog department and stable. Under this plan men are released in good physical condition, cured of diseases and of the liquor habit and drug addiction and able to face the world in a manner worthy of citizenship."
