DescriptionExterior view of people gathered around what is identified on the back of the photograph as Fishing River Falls. Back also says Trysting place James Boys, Clay Co. near Kearney. It is believed this site is also known as Tryst Falls. It is located just south of Highway 92 between Excelsior Springs and Kearney, Missouri. Site became Tryst Falls State Park in 1972 and has the distinction of being Clay County's first park.
