| Description | Second City Hall building, on the east side of Main between E. 4th and 5th streets, opened 1892. Full frontal and side view with garden to the south of the building. The garden was later replaced with an annex to City Hall and a fire station. The building was razed in 1938 when the new City Hall on 12th Street opened. |
