DescriptionView looking toward the northwest with the Charlie Parker Memorial sculpture in view as well as the Kansas City downtown skyline. Parker memorial is located at 17th Terrace and the Paseo in the historic 18th and Vine District. The monument to Parker, designed by artist Robert Graham, was unveiled and dedicated on March 27, 1999.
