The Corning Fiberglas plant is shown in center with Sunshine Biscuit Company and International Harvester Company in upper left corner. Socony-Vacuum property appears immediately west of the International Harvester Company Building. The numerous containers shown floating in the lower center escaped from the Phillips Petroleum Company Refinery yard which lies immediately to the left of the Fiberglas Building.
