Photo Label Text: A view of the flood and fire looking east on Southwest Boulevard. Our city bulk plant may be identified in the lower right hand corner with the fire just spreading into a small oil warehouse located on the north of our yard. Flames immediately to the left of our tanks are on the Phillips Petroleum Company city warehouse property. The flames have spread to Southwest Boulevard as paralleled by telephone wires, and several small plants are on fire along Southwest Boulevard.
