Historical Article: The Levee and Missouri River, Kansas City, Mo. is the title of a post card mailed from Kansas City with a postmark of July 27, 1907. A 1-cent, green stamp is the postage. Passengers arriving to board two steamboats indicate an excursion on the river is about to get under way. A large banner bearing a red-lettered sign reads, This boat to Moline Park. There is no indication where Moline Park was located. Kansas City Star, June 18, 1977.
