The Missouri Valley Special Collections department strives to acquire, preserve, and provide access to research materials that document the history and heritage of the Kansas City region. We welcome donations of materials such as photographs, scrapbooks, diaries, letters, postcards, yearbooks, organizational records, publications, programs, maps, and regional ephemera. Donations are accepted based on condition, historical significance, and research potential. Due to storage constraints, we are not able to accept three-dimensional objects.
